Perfect for hanging out and enjoying a beautiful sunny day, we give you the delicious Pineapple Rum Slush to celebrate #NationalRumDay on 16th August 2020.
4 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut milk from a can
1 cup gold or dark rum
Maraschino cherries optional garnish
Pineapple wedges optional garnish
How to make:
- Place pineapple, coconut milk, and rum in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Taste and adjust as needed before portioning out into your serving glasses.
- Garnish with cherries and pineapple wedges on cocktail toothpicks. Serve immediately.
